(I am using version 2.4.102). I mean how to verify the consistency of the results. I edited one page, in this page there is a word X. If I try to search the same word I received 4 hits, but my page was not in the list. In the breadcrumbs I open the page and ...surprise the word was highlighted (yellow-ed).
I recommend you delete your work directory and restart. The index could be corrupted.
