So, I cannot understand, why Incoming and Outgoing links do not work ?
Where I can configure it? Or, maybe someone can explain me, how it
works?
It is possible that the ReferenceManager cache is broken. I would
recommend to stop JSPWiki, remove the work directory, and restart
JSPWiki - this will force a recalculation of all links.
