JSPWiki v2.6.0 is close to its release, now that Janne upgraded

Two things I can think of immediately:
I've sent in a patch for another: in templates where the userbox is
inside favorites, I've separated the username from the status (e.g.,
"(not logged in)" in the i18n so that the <br /> is in the template,
not the i18n. That way, template designers can choose if they want
a line break or not. In the current i18n in English there isn't a
line break where there should be, so the status ends up overrunning
the box and gets obscured -- also fixed in my patch.
Also, in the zebra tables, if a row is too long and overruns the
page it is currently transparent. On templates that use a background
color other than white or have a border this becomes evident. The
background color of all tables components should be made opaque.
If I can remember others I'll pass them along.
Oh, one thing I always change but is admittedly aesthetic: most
people have been trained to consider oranges and reds as alert
colors, i.e., warnings, whereas greens suggest things are okay.
Yellow green is also the most visible to the eye. For those reasons
I alter that orange background color on hovered actions to a light
yellow green. I was going to say you can see this on the Ceryle
wiki but I realized the version that's up there now is the old
2.4.x template; all my new templates use yellow-green. Just an
idea anyway.
