Well, I'm not an admin, so I can't grant CVS access to others. I *am* a
developer, though, so I can commit changes to cvs for others.

I'm willing to be an admin, if someone wants to contact one of the other
admins and nominate me. However, since I, too, am guilty of not doing
any work on the project in ages, I don't think I can nominate myself
with a straight face.
