First you should look at the programmer's guide 
http://jsynthlib.org/programming.html or in fact the latest version from 
svn: 
http://jsynthlib.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/jsynthlib/trunk/JSynthLib/doc/programming.html

Then there is also some good information here on a wiki that a guy 
called freqrush has made http://jsynthlib.wikispaces.com/ and this 
includes a little bit about setting eclipse up.

TBH I just set up eclipse by getting a copy of the trunk from svn, then 
importing the ant file into eclipse. Though I think you can also import 
a project from svn directly into eclipse as well.

Any questions, please ask. And if you find anything missing or unclear 
in the documentation feel free to improve it ;)
