VOTE: Kurt Stam as new jUDDI committer

jUDDI Committers,

I'd like to recommend that Kurt Stam be granted committer privileges for jUDDI project.  Kurt has been working to integrate jUDDI into the JBoss portfolio and is very familiar with the jUDDI project and code base.  Kurt has demonstrated this through support of on the jUDDI user and dev lists.
