Fix For: 3.0.1
While using ivy to pull down uddi-ws, juddi-client, and juddi-core, I noticed
that junit-4.5.jar was getting pulled down as a dependency. We should
make sure that it isn't - it's not a runtime dependency and it may break test
environments.
