Maybe I'm missing something, but the one required artifact in an apache release is a source archive sufficient to build the project. The source jars from source:jar don't satisfy this requirement. For apache maven projects this is now normally generated using the release profile in the apache 7 pom. Otherwise you need a bunch of special maven configuration to run the assembly plugin only on the top level project to generate this.

So, on the grounds that this is not an apache release since it is missing this artifact,

One easy way to get this artifact is to apply the JUDDI-299 patch :-/
