jUDDI root_BusinessEntity is missing the following BusinessServices which are
exposed by juddiv3.war.
"replication" available on
http://127.0.0.1:8080/juddiv3/services/replication?wsdl
"valuesetvalidation" available on
http://127.0.0.1:8080/juddiv3/services/valuesetvalidation?wsdl
"valuesetcaching" available on
http://127.0.0.1:8080/juddiv3/services/valuesetcaching?wsdl
Not sure about the last two. If these are available on Tomcat.
