Add WSDL 2 UDDI functionality, to register a WSDL as described in:
http://soa.sys-con.com/node/39868. This functionality should be called from the
annotations code, but should also be able to be called straight from the client
java code.
We should look into using WODEN for parsing the WSDL, see:
http://www.apache.org/dist/ws/woden/1.0M8/release-notes.html
