Sure you can. The endpoint in the AccessPoint (part of the
BindingTemplate) can be a bunch of different types (type WSDL is just
one of them). For example the JBossESB project uses this field to store
their EPR, which can be JMS, HTTP, FTP etc. You can then register
additional tModels to describe your service more.
I think you can actually use the UDDI annotations to annotate your REST
service, so that it autoregisters to the UDDI.
