Folks: RPython is the low-level programming language used in the PyPy project [1]. (RPython is a statically typable and less dynamic subset of Python.)
Tonight at the First Boulder Hack Fest I got my feet wet in using RPython and made a couple of Foreign-Function-Interface calls to libJudy. More details here: [2].
