JudyNL() was never supported/tested/released.  I felt the API was too 
incomplete.  I have forgotten exactly what it did -- perhaps Alan will reply,
he wrote it.

I never did the "find-next" stuff for JudyHS because it does not store
the Indexes in any meaningful order.  However, it would be very easy
to empty the array in the order that it is stored.  Send me an API for
it and I will write an "empty array" routine if you like.  (The 
JudyHSFreeArray()
routine essentially does that -- that is: Walk the data structure and free it)
