Yeah, there is.  I wrote and tested it, but don't know if it's in the
SourceForge package.  I see lots of references to it in the old Makefile
in my copy of the source files...  But no JudyNL.c?  Unsure why.  Maybe
I unpacked the official version, but have older/fuller sources on a
CDROM only?  I'd have to look...

But that's not the point, I was speaking of it as a label for the
concept as much as the source code.  It's pretty straightforward to
write from scratch if you had to...  Basically each call comes with a
length parameter, and the first thing you do is insert or lookup in a
JudyL array for a key value equal to that key length, to get a pointer
to a JudyL subarray containing the first 1-4 bytes of the key, etc.
