I am considering moving my colocation servers from a Level 3 facility in CA to something closer and more reliable.  If any of you have first hand experience with local data centers (i.e. Phoenix/Tucson possibly NM and TX) I would appreciate your suggestions.

My needs are modest 2U @ T1 (T3 burst) w/Firewall will work for the time being.
