I've been before, and they're decent, and cant beat the price. Nothing like the quality levels of NFJS (best training/conf I've been to), but considering its just a day, and its free, if there are topics you're interested in, then take a day and go, I know I will.
The key thing is that the quality of the preso's varies widely ... some of them are really good, some of them are fairly amateur.
