I've been before, and they're decent, and cant beat the price.

Nothing like the quality levels of NFJS (best training/conf I've been to), but 
considering its just a day, and its free, if there are topics you're interested 
in, then take a day and go, I know I will.

The key thing is that the quality of the preso's varies widely ... some of them 
are really good, some of them are fairly amateur.  

Anyway, I'll most likely be there, at least for the preso's that interest me.
