Agree. Ini sama seperti lamp setup dimana banyak orang pakek mysql
tapi nggak bayar commercially ke mysql.

Agree. Bahkan Rod sendiri say this in the thread.

Our interpretations of the GPL differ. We do not regard running an
application on the platform as creating a derivative work. If you are
an ISV creating a closed product on our platform which integrates with
or modifies its internals and distributing that product you may
trigger GPL obligations.

May be. Kalo kita liat threadnya di serverside ada big flaw di licensing.
Ada yang raise ini.

But EPL, as used by Equinox which you also bundle in S2AP, is not
compatible with GPLv3. Could you tell us what your legal counsel
advised with regard to this apparent problem?

Equinox itu dilicense EPL. Dan according to EPL license disini:
http://www.eclipse.org/legal/eplfaq.php#USEINANOTHER

Nobody allowed buat relicense jadi yang lain tanpa permission dari
project owner.
Dan yang paling interesting, nobody from spring source care buat reply
pertanyaan ini
even after being re-raised 3 kali.
