usernya udah aku ganti fms passwordnya juga fms. di file pg_hba.conf udah aku tambahin "host all all 0.0.0.0/0 md5" di bagian connection dan di file postgresql.conf settingan "listen_addresses = 'localhost'" udah aku ganti "listen_addresses = '*'". tapi masih belum bisa terkoneksi.
