ORA-00600 ini error yang sifatnya generic, artinya penyebab sebenarnya bisa macam2. Kami beberapa kali mengalami hal ini, yang harus dilakukan adalah minta DBA segera raise TAR (Technical Assistant Request) ke Oracle Support / Metalink. Nanti dari tim orcl supportnya akan minta beberapa informasi tambahan, lalu mereka akan bantu mencari root causenya. (dikasus kami, pernah solve dengan patching Oracle DB nya)
