JOB DESCRIPTION: =============== Sakonnet Technology is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in quality assurance testing; specific experience with trading systems, most notably energy trading, is a plus but not required. Responsibilities include working closely with Sakonnet's development team in preparing test environments, producing detailed test scripts and estimating the business applications' functional and system specifications, researching complex problems in order to reveal their source, recreate the problem and make recommendations, providing status reports as well as coordination of end-to-end testing with remote systems and management and collaborating with development team to resolve issues and enhance application.
