The Board Members will be elected and then will split up the roles in the after
elections meeting, which normally happens the same night of the elections.

The roles are:
President, Secretary, Treasurer, Web Master, Pizza Coordinator, Speaker Coordinator,
Event Coordinator.

There is also needs for backups for these roles.
