Hey Guys: We have been trying to figure out a way to develop an application that will allow us to store our workflow/business rule elements. We are looking to develop a GUI/Workflow type of application where business users can view rules like a flowchart. They can also make changes to the flowchart elements. Rules are currently stored in the relational database and so the GUI application should be able to forward/reverse engineer between flowcharts and DB rules.
I was wondering if anyone has any experience developing this type of application, preferably using Java-Swing or Eclipse SWT. May be there are few existing package libraries/builders we can utilize?
