Hmm. I'll have to see if I can reproduce this and get back to you with any
workarounds. I tested all this on a clean environment yesterday without
issue, so either something's changed since, or it's environmental. If you
can reproduce the issue easily, could you please run bootstrap with
"--debug" and attach it to this bug?

No, you don't need anything special for the null provider. Just ssh.

Bugger, I left on passwordless logins when testing and missed that. Thanks
