Mongodb authentication MP: Code doesn’t merge cleanly.

The code looks fine at a glance, but I’m unable to fully test due to upstream bug(s)[2] with nagios’ unit tests, the trusty/haproxy[3] charm, and the trusty/mysql[4] charm.
