I'm trying to push a new package to METADATA, but I'm having some trouble. I've run
julia> Pkg.tag("KDE")
INFO: Tagging KDE v0.0.1
which tags the KDE repo, but doesn't make any changes to METADATA repo.
What am I missing? (I'm running the julia nightly)
