How do I specify that my package only works with Julia 0.3 onwards in the REQUIRE file?
http://julia.readthedocs.org/en/latest/manual/packages/ explains that VERSION can be used "in runtime checks", but doesn't explain how to constrain julia (rather than some other package) or what these "runtime checks" are and how they fit into the general packaging scheme. Thanks, Andrew
