Hi all, I'm in the process of splitting up Images.jl into smaller pieces, and for that purpose I've just created the JuliaImages organization: https://github.com/JuliaImages Right now it's blank :-), but aside from I/O pieces (most of which will go to https://github.com/JuliaIO) I expect to eventually transfer most of Images there. Let me know if you want to transfer your own repositories, and I'll help you get set up.
