[julia-users] error: docile not found in path

I'm trying to get the Plots package working on Julia 0.4.0 repl on a 
windows 7 machine.  The command

using Plots

gives the error

ERROR:  ArgumentError:  Docile not found in path

Any help is much appreciated !
