[julia-users] find source location for type definition

Is there an equivalent of

@edit function(arg1, ...)

for type definitions? @edit is so nice in Emacs. Currently I am using

M-x find-grep-dired RET \(type\|immutable\) Foo

but something built-in for Julia would be very convenient.
