Hi Tony, If you want to set a PATH environment variable in windows you need to do the following:
1) Go to Control Panel, System 2) Click advanced system settings 3) On the advanced tab click Environment Variables 4) Click edit on the PATH variable 5) Add a new folder path that points to the .\bin in the folder where you installed Julia.
