Has anybody managed to @pyimport a package that uses NUMBA? I've only found this discussion <https://github.com/stevengj/PyCall.jl/issues/220>, of how it fails.
It seems related to LLVM versions, which in principle sounds easy enough to fix, either change the LLVM version in Julia or in Python. Maybe this is easy enough to do, but I tried and failed. I'd be interested to hear if anybody has managed.
