Hi Bob,

Robert Littlefield and I are the source of the ArcSDE plugin.  It has been a while since we released the first version of the ISA plugin and much of that functionality has been rolled into the core of OpenJump, but not ArcSDE, I think.  I don't have a separate plugin with just ArcSDE, although it wouldn't be terribly difficult to build one. Since you didn't mention source, I'm guessing you wouldn't be interested in building it from source?
The situation is complicated by the fact that we build our own flavor of JUMP, mostly tracking with JUMP and OpenJump, but without as many core changes, so if you were to just install our current plugin, it would probably duplicate many of the OpenJump functions that have been rolled into the core, perhaps conflicting with some.
We currently are working on two flavors of ArcSDE support, the older dataset model which downloads everything from the server into memory (optionally clipped to a boundary), and the new JUMP 1.2 DataStore architecture which does live reads of the server.  Both are currently read only.
Please let me know a little more about what you are interested in doing with OpenJump and AarcSDE and I'll see what we can do to help you.  Tell me some details such as os, ArcSDE version, etc.

Hello,

With interest, I've been watching the progression of OpenJump.  I noticed that there is now some support for ArcSDE.  I'd be very interested in obtaining the libraries to give this a try.

In  https://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=406644&group_id=118054 reference is made to obtaining the necessary libraries:  "General - Geo Servers We have implemented read-only import from ArcSDE, but did not include it in this Plugin package since it involves adding additional libraries to JUMP. If you are interested, send us an email request."

When you get a moment, if you could send me the libraries and instructions for installing the ArcSDE plugin I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!!

Regards, Bob
