The plug-in dependecy system has been easier to implement that I had thought
it would be. I've made some small changes from the "Plan A" that I described
on my blog.

I hope to have an "alpha" version of OpenJUMP that includes support for both
pluggable renderers and plug-in dependency released by the end of the week.
I'll make these changes in the OpenJUMP-Ex Subversion repository, not the
OpenJUMP CVS. After we've had a chance to try the changes out I'll put
together a brief proposal to commit the changes to the OpenJUMP CVS.

I'll be working on a plug-in for free-form map labels that should test both
features. I hope to have it complete by the middle of May.
