Guiseppe, I have attached the scribus files that I have been using. One is for a topic title page, the other for a normal topic page, and the third for a topic graphic page. I also attached the font files I am using. (I think I may be missing a third font that I am using.)
I will try to take some time today after work to prepare a proper template with all of the fonts and a short style guide. I'll let you know when I have finsihed on this and it is up on SourceForge for download.
