I moved the [/tags] folder under [/core] as Paul had suggested. I don't think there were any other suggestions I missed, except for the plug-in folders, which we've discussed.
Does anyone else see a reason why we can't start using the SVN repository? (I want to make sure I'm not forgetting something.)
