I just ported the SkyJUMP feature (right click on Layer View menu item) "Select Layers with Selected Items". This is useful for situations like when you want to edit something but don't know what layer it is on.
I have added I18n strings to all language properties files. French, German, and Spanish tentative translations have been made. It still needs a check by native speakers.
