You can download the first beta release of the SurveyOS OpenJUMP Attribute Utilities Extension under the software section here:

The Feature Attribute Adder Plug-In adds attributes and default attribute values to a copy of a selected layer in OpenJUMP. The attributes to be added to the new layer are defined in a simple CSV file. This plug-in is useful if you are adding a common set of attributes to many layers. There are installation instructions and a very simple user manual in the docs folder of the zip file for the extension. The zip file also contains the following items: - Plug-In Jar file. - Java programming library needed to run the plug-in. - Source code for the extension and plug-in. - Javadoc documentation for the extension and plug-in. - Sample CSV file.
