True, but I argue that 64MB or similar is acceptable for the convenience of stringent configuration and one loader to maintain. Launch4j looks even more promising, having one app that creates launchers for windows, linux, and osx. It even supports the mentioned ini file.
A perfect candidate? Or? I will build a set of launchers and come back with them for evaluation.
