we don't need to include all projections.
We can exclude UTM projections which are on the see.And we can start to
include other projections relative to OJ users.

Cts database have only 3 german crs. I posted the Italian ones that we

Perhaps the list should still be kept relatively short
to keep it attractive? For example mapserver EPSG list has more than 3500
projections. How about including UTM zones as defaults, and adding some
short help file about adding more projections into the plugin
itself?
