includes new zoom plugins provided by Peppe :
These plugins are available in the view panel context menu.
Right-clic somewhere in the view and choose
Zoom>Zoom to Click
Zoom>Zoom Out from Click
Zoom>Center to Click
The new zoom submenu also includes old
Zoom>Zoom on selection
Zoom>Zoom on fence
Use case :
These tools make it easier to digitize features larger than the screen
without stopping digitization
They complete the keyboard shortcuts which definition is given in help menu.
