OpenJUMPers: Is there an OpenJUMP plug-in that allows you to add attributes from a delimited text file to features in an OpenJUMP layer, in which the addition of attributes is controlled by a "key" attribute?
For example: I've got a polygon layer that represents parcels. Each polygon feature in the layer has a single attribute with the tax assessor number. This is the "key" attribute. I've got a CSV file with other attribute data and the a key field containing the same tax assessor numbers. I want to add the attributes in each row of the CSV file to the corresponding polygon feature in the OpenJUMP layer. If we don't have a plug-in like this, I'll write one. But I wanted to check here first. Thanks.
