Hi, I had a blind try with the experimental and undocumented ShapeMatcher and I feel it is exactly what I have been dreaming of. It compared very fast two datasets with tens of thousands of features and the result seems to be reasonable. I will send you links to some test data as a private mail later. Perhaps you can have a look on the data tell if I did right things with those.
