Hereafter, I prepared a complete list of changes between 1.5.1 and 1.5.2
As soon as Ede did the last merge to 1.5.2 and before the official release,
I propose that we upload a working version so that project members can check
that bugs have been fixed AND MERGED into 1.5.2
Hopefully, we'll be able to release before the end of next week.

return a polygon which was not intersecting the clicked point if it had
a hole.
Bug 3489026 : FillPolygon ("Create polygon from closed area") can be
long : a work-in-progress diamgo box has been added in this case

Bug 3488974 : Buffer PlugIn : workaround a small problem of robustness

Bug 3488028 : A dataset read from zip could be tagged editable but could
