Considering Edgar's point, it seems to be more reasonable to maintain OpenJUMP
SSA Plugin via existing website (http://mekandizim.mersin.edu.tr/). And it is
currently more practical for me to maintain SSA Plugin via existing website
because of the availability of the plugin for also other FOSS4GIS at the same
website. Nevertheless, it would be a good option for OpenJUMP users and
developers to download the plugin and user's guide via also
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jump-pilot/files/OpenJUMP_plugins/.

hey Burak,
i don't feel comfortable having two competing places where people can download
your plugin. usually this leads to confusion where the actual latest version
resides.
i'd suggest you keep your current website and maintain it there
or
register with sf.net and you link from your website to the sf.net file space
and upload the
latest version always there. in this case putting your source into our svn
(provided you maintain it as well) would make sense too.
