what is the indian language you want to port OJ to? we currently have some
translations for ta_IN (indian tamil), te (telugu).

the translation process is described here.
https://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/jump-pilot/index.php?title=How_to_translate_OpenJUMP_into_another_language

try to follow the description step by step and you should be able to translate
OJ in any language imaginable ;)

looking forward to your contribution.. ede
