Feature is the interface, you can not instanciate it.
BasicFeature is the Basic implementation of Feature (or concrete class)
BasicFeature IS a Feature
You can write
Feature feature = new BasicFeature()
If you have a BasicFeature, you can use it as a Feature
BasicFeature feat = new BasicFeature();
Feature feature = feat;
