Hi, No objection for a 1.7.1 release and for Larry's plugin inclusion. I d also like to update the topology plugin before as I did a major refactoring to fix a bug in projectPointsOnLines plugin (including the replacement of "Snap to vertex" option by "Snap tolerance" - translations welcome).
