1. I'm not sure anybody uses GML 2.0 with a customized template (afaik, 
jml format uses it internally but with a hard-coded template)
     If the template could help reading inspiro-compatible gml (gml 
3.2.1), I would keep it. Otherwise, I think it belongs to the past. 
Indeed, I doubt we can do anything with a gml 3.2.1 even with a 
customized template, but I did not try and have no answer (may be Jukka 
is more experimented in this area)

1b. Csv, Dxf and MifMid formats also rely on a second panel to define 
output options. I don't know if these option panels can be re-used 
automatically. If they do not, It would help me if you could add an 
option panel for one of these formats. This way, I could add it for 
others more easily.

3. PostGIS writer (new) is supposed to replace the former one... one 
day, but I know the former one is still used, and may offer some 
advantages for bulk upoads. I think we have to keep both for 1.10.
