I cannot go further 5689 in my Eclispe,
I did a Copy Schema and had this output

OBJECTID LONGwhich seems regular
Nimi STRING
MuutosPvm DATE
Shape_STAr DOUBLE
Shape_STLe DOUBLE
Maakunta STRING
Vesistöal STRING
Kalatalous STRING
P_ala_km2 DOUBLE
Vesiala_ha DOUBLE
which seems regular
I can see that it is impossible also to save the file to Shapefile.
I bypassed the problem saving the file to GeoJSON and reopen it again
