really don't care for now. as long as there are just a handful of items i don't
see the need. what i'd like to see would be centralized way for offline help to
be displayed/searched. but that's just a dream. we got bigger issues for now.
i just kept it because it was there. it ain't translated but hardcoded in
source, but still explains how it works.
